New Justice League trailer is released to fans
They've been teasing it for days but the new trailer for DC's Justice League is finally here.
It's exactly one year since Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice was released in cinemas.
In the latest tease for the upcoming movie we see Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) telling Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) there's a new threat to the world.
They bring together a team of DC superheroes to prepare for an attack that we're told is "already here".
Over the past few days, Warner Bros have released short character trailers and posters for each of the core five heroes in Justice League but this new tease expands on that and gives a full sense of director Zack Snyder's vision for the film.
Fans finally get a proper look at Aquaman (Jason Momoa), The Flash (Ezra Miller), and Cyborg (Ray Fisher), all accompanied by a soundtrack of the Beatle's Come Together, performed by Aerosmith.
With Wonder Woman coming out in cinemas from June, the November release of Justice League will be DC's chance to build an interest in the stories of the lesser known heroes like Aquaman and Cyborg and establish the franchise as the answer to Marvel's superhero team-up film Avengers.
This film is important to Warner Bros. and DC Comics as the 2016 films Batman v Superman and Suicide Squad did not fare well with critics, although die-hard DC comic fans thought otherwise.
There is no sign of Superman in the trailer. Although he was killed off in Batman v Superman, the Man Of steel is widely thought to come back from the dead in Justice League. After shooting finished in 2016, footage was released showing Henry Cavill on set.
It looks like his omission is to keep fans guessing as to what part the Man of Steel will play in Justice League, although there were some glimpses of Amy Adam's Lois Lane.
Justice League is released in cinemas in November.
