Living on welfare: 'I don't want to have a job'
The government has outlined its plans to simplify the benefits system and ensure those in work will be better off than those who are unemployed.
There will be sanctions for people who repeatedly turn down job offers, and a cap on benefits paid to a single family.
The BBC spoke to Mike from Nottingham who has not had a job for the last 12 years and has claimed jobseekers' allowance for the last two years.
