A leaked United Nations report says that North Korea has generated an estimated two billion dollars for its weapons of mass destruction programmes via cyber attacks. UN sources have confirmed to the BBC that a panel of experts had identified at least thirty-five cyber attacks involving criminals under the direction of North Korea's foreign intelligence service. Ben Buchanan, a cyber-security expert and professor at Georgetown University in the United States, gives his assessment of the UN findings.
