A woman from Northumberland who has a rare condition called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome has undergone a life saving operation in Spain.
Liv Woodburn, 35, from Embleton, has the condition which prevents her from walking and supporting the weight of her head.
Earlier this month she was flown by air ambulance from Newcastle to Barcelona and underwent specialist surgery.
