Breonna Taylor: 'Police must be held accountable'

A US police chief speaks out after killing of Breonna Taylor
Protests have continued for a second night in Louisville, Kentucky, following a decision not to prosecute police officers for the killing of the African American woman, Breonna Taylor. 

Shawn Freeman is police chief of the Black Mountain Police Department in North Carolina and told Newsday what he thinks can be done to change the justice system.  First, does he understand people's anger behind the protests?
