A Gambian man married to a Barrow woman for eight years has been told to leave the UK.
The Home Office says Ousman Jaiteh must leave now his spousal visa has expired and his appeal has been rejected.
Mr Jaiteh started a crowdfunding campaign, with his Walney wife Kathleen Irwin, to oppose his deportation and condemned the decision as "cruel".
The Home Office says those applying for leave to remain must demonstrate that there would be insurmountable obstacles to continuing family life outside the UK.
