Conservative MP Rehman Chishti has been re-elected as the MP for Gillingham & Rainham, winning with an increased majority.
The Conservative MP beat Labour's Andy Stamp by 15,119 votes, 5,689 more votes than the majority at the 2017 election.
Alan Bullion of the Liberal Democrats came third and the Green Party's George Salomon came fourth.
Voter turnout was down by 4.5 percentage points since the last general election.
Nearly 46,000 people, 62.5% of those eligible to vote, went to polling stations across the area on Thursday, in the first December general election since 1923.
