Taylor Swift fans know her lyrics hint at things that have happened to her.

She's just released a video to mark the first anniversary of 1989, talking in-depth about one of her ex-boyfriends.

Anyone who has looked into the theories knows that Out of the Woods is said to be about One Direction's Harry Styles.

So when she introduced an acoustic version of the song, saying, "the number one feeling I felt in the whole relationship was anxiety," fans all leapt to the same conclusion.

Taylor never says it is about Harry, but goes on: "Because it felt very fragile, it felt very tentative.

"And it always felt like, 'OK, what's the next road block? What's the next thing that's going to deter this?

"'How long do we have before this turns into just an awful mess and we break up? Is it a month? Is it three days?'"

The clip was recorded at the Grammy Museum in the US.

"I think a lot of relationships can be very solid and that's kind of what you hope for, for it to be solid and healthy but that's not always what you get," she says before her stripped-down performance.

"And it doesn't mean that it's not special and extraordinary just to have a relationship that's fragile and somehow meaningful in that fragility."

Harry and Taylor dated back in 2012. She's currently in a relationship with DJ Calvin Harris.
