Rest easy Game of Thrones cast and crew, because your trophy cabinet is now complete.

You've had Emmys aplenty, as well as a handful of Golden Globes and Screen Actor's Guild prizes.

And now you can add the gong for best international show from the UK's very own TV Choice Awards in London.

It doesn't appear from the red carpet photos that many of the stars flew in for the ceremony to rub shoulders with the cast of EastEnders and Emmerdale.

It's unlikely that their absence dampened the spirits of the Albert Square cast however, since EastEnders was the biggest winner of the night.

Danny Dyer and Lindsey Coulson were named best soap actor and actress for playing Mick Carter and Carol Jackson in the BBC programme.

It also picked up best soap and got an honorary award for three decades on screens.

It wouldn't be a TV Choice Awards event without Ant and Dec picking up a prize - this time they were recognised for their special contribution to television.

Saturday Night Takeaway won best entertainment show, while I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here and Britain's Got Talent also took home awards.

Comedian David Mitchell hosted the evening at the London Hilton on Park Lane.

Other top winners include Sherlock, which won best drama series and best actor for Benedict Cumberbatch.

Another BBC programme - Happy Valley - was awarded best new drama, while star Sarah Lancashire won best actress.

Other winners included Hollyoaks' Kirsty-Leigh Porter who was named best soap newcomer for her role as Leela Lomax and Julie Hesmondhalgh whose assisted suicide plot in Coronation Street picked up best soap storyline.
