  2. It's Bosnia. Adnan Mevic, born in Sarajevo in October 1999, was chosen by the UN to be the symbolic six billionth baby. For this latest landmark, the UN has not chosen one, but charities have picked their own Baby Seven Billion born on 31 October.

  5. It's Knowles, who said growing criticism of the church's handling of the protests on its steps had made his position untenable. Horta-Osorio stood down as chief executive of Lloyds Banking Group on health grounds. Papandreou refused to resign, despite losing support for his referendum plan.
  6. It's Elmo. The show has a new cast of local characters, led by a vivacious six-year-old girl named Rani who loves cricket and traditional Pakistani music. The show started filming last week and will air at the end of November.

Cage and Lisa Marie Presley were wedded for more than three months, roughly the same as Zellweger and Kenny Chesney.
