  1. Welsh Labour 'absolutely slaughtered'

    Prof Roger Awan-Scully from the Wales Governance Centre at Cardiff University says Welsh Labour have been “absolutely slaughtered” and it’s a “dreadful result” in the first electoral test for new First Minister Mark Drakeford.

    He says it’s a “great boost” for Plaid Cymru as leader Adam Price eyes the 2021 assembly elections with them finishing ahead of Labour for the first time ever in a Wales-wide poll.

  5. Brexit Party set to win two seats

    All 22 Welsh councils have now reported their results.

    According to our man with the calculator, the Brexit Party - which has only existed a matter of weeks - looks set to take two of the four seats in Wales.

    Plaid Cymru is set to win a seat in second place, with Labour in third place taking the fourth seat ahead of the Lib Dems.

    We'll give you the official result and totals when they are collated and declared.
