  16. Cricket: Latest at lunch

    Adrian Harms

    Sports reporter, BBC Sussex

An excellent morning for Gloucestershire who've cleared the arrears and lead Sussex by 17 runs at lunch.

Hamish Marshall was applauded to the wicket by the Sussex players on his farewell appearance, and has batted imperiously with a straight six down the ground being the shot of the morning.

The new ball's due in 12 overs and that may well hold the key to the outcome of this match.

Lunch here is traditional chilli con carne. I'm not sure how that differs from normal chilli con carne, but it's very nice!
