    St Andrews Healthcare in Northampton has defended the amount it pays its senior staff.

    The Times reported that it paid one the highest salaries of any charity to it's outgoing chief executive.

  3. Woman knocked unconscious after robbery at her home

    A woman has been left with facial injuries after being attacked by two men who barged into her home after demanding money.

    The men knocked on the door of the house in Farnborough Drive, Daventry on Wednesday night.

    The woman was knocked unconscious and needed hospital treatment.

  8. Woman 'tricked' over naked photos

    A train driver from Northampton has appeared in court in Northern Ireland accused of tricking a woman into sending explicit photos to him on Facebook and publishing some of them as "revenge porn".

    Neil James Edwards, 46, allegedly asked for photos while pretending to be a woman representing a modelling agency.

    He is also accused of blackmailing the alleged victim, a young woman from County Fermanagh.
