An air ambulance and several ambulance crews are parked on Shepherd's Bush Green.
A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service said: "We sent multiple resources including ambulance crews, single responders in cars, our hazardous area response team and an incident response officer. "We remain at the scene."

Witness Helena Noifield told BBC Radio London: "Everyone's standing around not knowing where to go.
"It's all pretty horrible really. There's ash everywhere, smoke everywhere... it's like something out of a horror film. It's ghastly."
The Mayor of London wants to host the parade in the capital but Manchester City Council are in talks to host the event.

Shepherd's Bush Green is closed and traffic is queuing in both directions between Southern Roundabout and the A219 Wood Lane junction due to the fire.
Diversions are in operation - eastbound traffic via Wood Lane, westbound traffic via West Cross Route.
A spokesman at London Fire Brigade said:"Twelve fire engines and 81 firefighters and officers have been called to a fire in a high rise block of flats on Shepherds Court in Shepherd's Bush Green.
"Smoke from the blaze can be seen across the area and 999 control officers have taken over 40 emergency calls to the incident.
"The Brigade was called at 15:44. Crews from Hammersmith, Kensington, Acton, Chiswick, Paddington, Fulham and surrounding fire stations are at the scene."
The cause of the fire is not known at this stage.
