More controversy over Lush and Labour
Helen Catt
Political editor, BBC South East
There's fresh controversy tonight over hundreds of pounds of cosmetics that should have gone to needy people but were instead sold by a Labour party member in Ramsgate to help fund her County Council election campaign.
BBC South East Today has spoken to one woman who told us she was led to believe the sale was in aid of charity - and says she feels "deceived".
The equivalent amount of money raised has now been given to good causes.

Pollution levels around the Dartford Crossing have been excluded from government air quality assessments because it was classed as a "rural" road, the BBC has discovered.
When you think of watching live music, you probably don't expect to do it from the comfort of your own home.
But as more and more small venues in London and the South East are closing down, is the future of music the living room gig?
We've been to the village of Eccles in Kent to find out.

'Deception' claims over Labour cosmetics sale
Helen Catt
Political editor, BBC South East
A woman claims people were “misled” into thinking the sale of cosmetics, which funded a Labour councillor’s election campaign, were for charity.
Karen Constantine - who is vying for a Ramsgate seat in Kent County Council - sold a selection of Lush products for £415.
The items were donated by Lush to The Kindness Offensive charity on the condition they should not be resold.
Some were shared with the charity Food for All, but these were passed on to the Ramsgate Labour Party and sold in a pub drive.

Ms Constantine’s Facebook page had made clear the money was destined for Labour coffers, but Natalie Garrett was working at the pub during the sale and said a board at the sale indicated the money would be going to charity.
A former charity volunteer herself, she said she feels misled and added: "I asked her what she wanted written on the board and the word charity was clearly, absolutely there.
"Some of my friends and even some of my family purchased some of the goodie bags, a couple of items. Again they feel the same, if they'd have known that it was for a political party, it just wouldn't have been supported.”
Ms Constantine previously apologised for “not knowing the election funding laws regarding charities” and gave the money to local good causes, but declined to comment on the fresh claims.

There's been a rise in the number of assaults recorded on South East Coast Ambulance Service (Secamb) crews.
In total there were 207 attacks logged last year, a 64% increase on the year before.
The majority of the incidents in the last year were alcohol-related but also involved people who were using recreational drugs and those suffering a mental health problem.
Last week MPs debated whether there should be a specific offence for assaulting doctors and nurses.
Ambulance trusts nationally are looking at whether to introduce body worn video cameras for the first time.
England lose but Kent man excels

Kent's Daniel Bell-Drummond top
scored with 51 as the England Lions lost the third one-dayer in their series
against Sri Lanka A.
The 23-year-old, batting in an
unfamiliar number three position, helped the tourists post 184 all out.
But Sri Lanka comfortably chased that score to take a 3-0
lead in the five-match series.
