    Just three months after the Calais migrant camp known as the Jungle was demolished, aid workers claim up to 500 migrants have returned to northern France -- and they're making nightly attempts to smuggle themselves across the Channel into Kent.

    Dover MP Charlie Elphicke asked the Prime Minister what's being done to stop another refugee camp springing up on the French coast.

    An ambulance has had its windscreen damaged in Maidstone.

    It happened when it was parked near a supermarket in Queen Elizabeth Square, around 17:00 GMT on Sunday.

  8. Teenager mugged by knifeman

    A teenager's been robbed at knifepoint in Folkestone.

    The boy was grabbed by a man as he walked along Castle Hill Avenue.

    After threatening him with the knife, the man took the boy's wallet but ran away when he found it was empty.

    The robber's described as about 5'11 with an average build, and was wearing a grey tracksuit, black woolly hat and a dark grey bandana. 

  9. Jewellery taken in burglary

    Gold jewellery has been stolen from a house in Hawkinge.

    Burglars were able to enter the property in Lewis Road by breaking the glass in a back door.

    Police would like to speak to a man seen in the area, described as around 20 and 5ft 8in tall, with brown hair, and wearing a black coat and grey tracksuit trousers.
