  2. Appeal over tributes to teenager

    Tributes to a teenage girl who died in Folkestone have been destroyed by vandals. 

    The young woman was killed after falling from the roof of a building in June. 

    Police say photos, flowers and balloons were all badly damaged in the incident at Radnor Park Avenue.

  3. Partying for NYE? Don't rely on a train to get you home...

    Are you heading out to celebrate New Year's Eve this year? 

    Well, if you were planning to catch a train home you might want to rethink... as another three day strike on Southern rail starts tomorrow.

    The RMT insists it's not trying to disrupt celebrations and says it cancelled two days of strikes before Christmas.

  4. Men sought after Dartford burglary

    These three men are being sought by police after wrapped Christmas presents were stolen from a house in Dartford. 

    The break-in happened around midday on 23 December. 

    The victim, a woman in her 70s, discovered a downstairs window hanging from its frame when she got home from church. 

    Police say the men may be able to help and they're asking anyone who knows them to get in touch.

  5. Man rescued from overturned van

    A man's been taken to hospital after his van came off the road and overturned in a field near Sevenoaks. 

    Fire, police and ambulance crews were called to Quarry Hill Road in Borough Green just before 07:30 GMT where they found the van on its side. 

    Crews removed the windscreen to free the man, who's believed to be in his 30s.

  8. Unconscious man robbed in Canterbury

    A man's been robbed in the street in Canterbury. 

    The victim, who's in his 20s, was found unconscious in Guildhall Street late last night. 

    When he came to he realised his wallet had been taken. 

    Police say they're looking for a man wearing cream trousers and a light blue shirt who was seen in the area.
