Missing fisherman search cancelled

The Coastguard says it's not resuming its search for a man missing in the sea after a fishing boat capsized off the Kent coast. 

One person was winched to safety from the Belgian-registered vessel after it got into difficulty several miles off Ramsgate yesterday. 

A second crew member was also rescued but later died - a third man is still unaccounted for.
