    Some isolated fog patches are possible towards dawn, especially in the Vale of York.

    One lane is blocked and very slow traffic following a collision.

  4. Prisoner in critical condition following attack at Hull prison

     A prisoner is in a critical condition in hospital after being attacked by three inmates at Hull prison. 

    The 45-year-old was found with serious injuries in Saturday afternoon. 

    Three men, who were aged 18, 20 and 21-years-old were arrested.

  9. Good news for cyclists in Goole

    A new cycle route has opened in Goole. 

    East Riding of Yorkshire Council says there's a growing network of cycle routes in the area after thousands of pounds worth of investment.

    The new route is 1km long and passes through residential areas, Old Goole and leisure facilities.

  10. Sport: Shearer says Hull City owners have failed staff and fans

    Former footballer and Match of the Day presenter Alan Shearer has criticised the owners of Hull City for not signing any new players.

    Despite the club securing victory against Leicester over the weekend - Shearer said the lack of signings put pressure on the current players.

  12. Kitten dumped in a dustbin

    They believe the little one is only a day or two old.

    Now in the safe hands of the Hull Animal Welfare Trust - it's hoped this fella will have a happy future.

    The public are being consulted on a new housing development in a rural area of Pocklington.

  15. Woman, 83, died in car crash in East Yorkshire

    An 83-year-old woman has died after a car crash near Kellythorpe.

    Police say she was a passenger in a car that overturned on the A614 Driffield bypass on Sunday morning.

    The driver, who's 81, suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries.

    Earlier in the day police received a call reporting the couple missing.

  17. Urgent care services to be reviewed in Hull

    Health bosses in Hull want to get your views on how best to deliver urgent care in the city.

    A review is underway looking at opening hours, access to services and plans to create a 24-hour urgent care centre at Bransholme Health Centre.

    Urgent care centres usually treat injuries or illnesses that need immediate care, but are not serious enough to require and Accident and Emergency visit.

    City of Culture bosses say there won't be enough hotel beds in Hull for visiting tourists next year - and are now asking people to rent out their spare rooms to them instead. 

    It's estimated there'll be one million extra visitors to the city in 2017.
