  2. Bournemouth car theft footage released

    Police have released CCTV footage of a car theft in Bournemouth.

    The blue Audi RS5 was taken from outside an address in Littledown Avenue at 11:10 GMT on 23 December.

    Two men in a black car had been seen acting suspiciously around the time of the incident.

    The stolen car has since been recovered, but Dorset Police still want to speak to the man in the CCTV footage.

  4. Oxfordshire's Culham Bridge closed after 'reports of man in water'

    Police have closed Culham Bridge after "reports of a man in the water".

    Firefighters and Thames Valley Police officers are currently at the scene, after the unconfirmed reports at 14:18 GMT.

    There is no indication of when the bridge will reopen.

  5. Man wanted for assault on woman in Oxford

    CCTV footage of man

    Police investigating the assault of a woman in Oxford have released CCTV footage of a man they want to talk to.

    The 47-year-old was on New Road walking towards the Westgate Shopping Centre on 10 February at about midnight when the assault happened.

    She suffered injuries to her head after a man cycled behind her and pushed her over. She was treated at the John Radcliffe Hospital.

    PC Matthew Watson, based at Cowley police station, said: "I am releasing this image as I believe the man in the picture may have vital information that can assist in my investigation."

  6. Knife-point robberies CCTV footage released

    CCTV footage

    A pharmacy and corner shop were robbed in Slough on 11 March, after a man threatened staff members with a knife.

    Two staff members were threatened with the weapon and took money from the Chrystal Pharmacy on Farnham Road at 13:00 GMT.

    He then robbed the Grover Superstore in Canterbury Avenue at 13:10 GMT.

    No-one was injured and police have released CCTV footage of a man they want to talk to in connection with the incident.

  8. Police 'increasingly worried' for missing Poole man

    Police are "increasingly concerned" for the safety of a 35-year-old man from Poole after he went missing on Wednesday.

    Neil Evans went missing from an address in Haver Road at 16:38 GMT.

    He is white, about 5ft 10ins with short mousy brown hair. He was wearing a white T-shirt, blue hooded top, grey jobbing bottoms, black trainers and a black coat.

    Chief Inspector Lance Cliff said: "We are aware that Neil may have been upset when he left and due to the passage of time he has been missing we are becoming increasingly concerned for him."

  11. Driver went wrong way on Oxford dual carriageway

    A driver fled from police officers down the wrong side of a dual carriageway in Oxford, Thames Valley Police said.

    At about 23:15 on 12 March, officers attempted to stop and search the driver of a black Volkswagen Golf as they left the A34 in Kidlington travelling south.

    The driver failed to stop and drove at high speed towards Oxford, went the wrong way around a roundabout, through a red light, and went the wrong way on the Northern Bypass.

    PC Duncan Vale asked anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident "to check any dash-cam footage to see if it may have captured what happened".

    A 26–year-old man from Bicester was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and has been released under investigation.
