Hampshire armed robberies 'linked'
Two Hampshire robberies, where staff were threatened with claw hammers, a gun and knives, are being linked.
They both took place at about 10:30 GMT on Tuesday - one at Tesco Express in West End and the other at the Co-op in Sholing, Southampton.
One female member of staff at the latter had a clump of hair pulled out, Hampshire Constabulary said.
"Although different people were involved in the robberies themselves, there are similarities between the incidents and we believe they may be connected," the force said.
