Protest over Portsmouth children's centre staffing changes

Parents in Portsmouth are staging a protest in Guildhall Square later.

They're angry about changes to the way that children's centres and playgroups are to be run.

Roxanne Chappell, who is behind the protest, said: “This is an absolute disgrace. These playgroups are a brilliant and vital resource for people with young children."

Campaigners want the council to reverse its decision.
