  9. Cyclist who died in A31 crash named as Stephen Turner

    A cyclist who died in a crash on the A31 near Four Marks has been named.

    Stephen Turner, 61, of Thorpe Gardens, Alton, was travelling along the dual carriageway at about 17:45 on Friday when he was in a collision with a black Peugeot 207 on the eastbound carriageway, police said.

    He was pronounced dead at the scene.

    The 62-year-old driver of the car was taken to Basingstoke hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
