    A man was injured during an attempted robbery in Nottingham yesterday evening.

    Two men approached him at around 19:30 in Melbourne Road, Aspley, and demanded he hand over his belongings before assaulting him and fleeing towards Nuthall Road.

    His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-altering.
