  6. Watch: Motorbike inches away from crash

    Footage from a policeman's body camera has been released showing a motorbike rider's lucky escape in Chaddesden.

    The biker rides straight out of Worcester Crescent into Saint Andrew's View without slowing down and is nearly hit by a car. 

    It happened at about 13:15 on Saturday 22 October.

  9. Photo: Guinea Pig monument unveiled in Staffordshire

    We told you earlier that the Duke of Edinburgh was going to be at the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire this afternoon.

    He's been there to unveil a commemorative monument to the Guinea Pig Club, a group made up of air crew who suffered severe burns in World War Two and underwent pioneering treatment.

    A group of them are pictured below, following the unveiling, alongside the monument.

    Prince Phillip has now arrived at the National Memorial Arboretum in Alrewas, where a new memorial is being unveiled in honour of the Guinea Pig Club - a group of injured World War Two servicemen who received pioneering plastic surgery.

    She's now raised nearly £3,000 - nearly double the amount she needed to save Jean Jeanie the cow.

  16. 'Why are they making her suffer?'

    Her father Paul Mann, who says she is innocent, said: "They should release her on bail while they investigate. Why are they making her suffer in jail?

    "She has been in prison for two months now and no charges brought against her - we believe there is no evidence against her"

    Relatives who have visited her in jail in Shahjahanpur in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh say she is traumatised by her ordeal.

    Police allege that Ms Kaur Mann had colluded with her alleged lover Gurpeet Singh, her husband's childhood friend, in the murder.

    Neither of the suspects has been formally charged yet but both are in custody while police prepare to charge them with murder. 

  17. Family of Derby murder suspect call for her release

    The family of a woman from Derby who's accused of plotting to murder her husband in India want her to be released from custody there while the investigation takes place. 

    Ramandeep Kaur Mann was arrested after her husband Sukhjit Singh was found with his throat slit in Banda in September.

    The couple were on holiday in the country with their two children.
