We've now finished posting news and other useful or interesting items from Cumbria for today and this week.
Here are some of today's main developments:
- We heard some patients may be putting off life-prolonging treatment for cancer because of the lengthy journeys involved from parts of Cumbria for radiotherapy in Preston
- MPs from the county gave their reaction to the Prime Minister's announcement that she would start the process of leaving No 10 next month, mostly with at least a little sympathy
- And on the subject of politics, the turnout in yesterday's unexpected elections to the European Parliament varied widely across Cumbria - from just over one quarter of Barrow's electorate to almost half that of neighbouring South Lakeland.
By the time we come back at 08:00 on Tuesday, we should know who the region's MEPs are - even though they may never take their seats.
Have a very good weekend.
