'Evidence' sticks when the snow does not, say drugs police

A lack of snow on rooftops surrounded by properties with a covering of flakes point police to potential drugs farms, a force says.

West Midlands Police's Cannabis Disposal Team spotted this property in the region amid suspicions over the heat source that meant snow hadn't stuck like next door.

When queried on social media about whether it could be the result of poor insulation, police responded: "We use these signs only in conjunction with other more definitive intelligence. We won't raid a house where it's just bath night."

The team used the hashtag #SeeYouSoon.
