found guilty of fraud and false advertising after her eighth appearance in court.

Dr Tina Beloveth Powerful, 47, was described as "dishonest" at Milton Keynes Magistrates' Court after Trading Standards officers brought the case her and Everest School of Transformational Leadership.

There was "no evidence [that] any of the facilities, including a library and computers referred to on the Everest website, existed", magistrates said. Sentencing will take place on 10 July after probation reports have been compiled and considered.

Severe delays on M25

severe delays on the M25 clockwise at J25 due to a collision involving three cars and three vans. Lanes two and three of three are closed.

On the M25 anticlockwise, lane one is blocked because of a broken down van between J25-24.

Tina Beloveth Powerful was found guilty of fraud and false advertising in court today. Magistrates chairman Kay Morton said the sentence would range from a community order to 36 weeks in custody.

Bedfordshire Police told me the CCTV footage of former Chelsea player Kerry Dixon attacking a man in a pub won't be released.

The judge said the footage of the "shocking and sickening" attack had made jury members gasp when it was shown at Luton Crown Court during Dixon's trial.

The Crown Prosecution Service said the video couldn't be made public as the victim didn't want it to be released.

It's another sad case of a great player from the past going off the rails isn't it? Dixon made a name for himself in the 1980s and specifically at Chelsea after doing well at Reading.

He helped lead the Blues back to the First Division and was a consistent goalscorer for Chelsea which led to an England call-up in the mid-eighties.

He finished joint top scorer one season as he competed with Gary Lineker for the England striker's role. It's ironic that he would have played many more games for England but for Lineker and now their lives post football couldn't be more different.

Dixon was said to have suffered financially during the year he has been awaiting trial and had been working as a labourer and caring for his parents who are both in ill health.

death of a man in a cell at Luton police station last Saturday has been told he had no suspicious injuries.

Ampthill Coroner's Court was told Istiak Yusuf, 25, who had been arrested on suspicion of domestic violence, was checked in his cell at 11:35 on Saturday but the alarm was raised 20 minutes later when he was found not to be moving.

An Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) investigation will examine the circumstances of his death and a full inquest will take place in December.

Prosecutor Clare Evans said the man was angry that he had been left to babysit five children, but she said: "There is no suggestion he intended to throw it at the child".
