A joint Panorama and British Medical Journal investigation into the claims of some of Britain's most popular sports products found that many performance-enhancing claims are not backed up by science.

Shelley Jofre reports on their findings when it came to the best-selling Lucozade Sport, endorsed by top athletes such as distance runner Mo Farah.
