US singer Jason Derulo is celebrating his third UK number one with his latest single Talk Dirty.

Derulo, whose third album Tattoos is released on Monday, ended Katy Perry's two-week run at the top of the chart with her track Roar.

Derulo told OfficialCharts.com: "Thank you for your continued support, I'm gonna have to move to the UK in a minute!"

The second highest new entry was Jesse J's It's My Party at number three.

Perry slipped just one place to second, while OneRepublic fell two places to number four with Counting Stars.

Avicii now have two tracks in the top 10, with new entry You Make Me at number five and former number one Wake Me Up holding firm at number six.

Arctic Monkeys remained at the top of the album chart for a second week with AM, despite competition from Avicii and Elton John.

Avicii's True was the highest debut at number two while Sir Elton entered the chart at number three with his 31st studio album, The Diving Board.

Manic Street Preachers scored their eleventh top 10 album with their latest, Rewind The Film, entering the chart at number four.

Trio London Grammar rounded out the top five with If You Wait.

Other new entries on the album chart included Katie Melua with Ketevan, while Jack Johnson's From Here to Now to You came in at seven.
