The Wire creator says Baltimore has not changed

David Simon, the award winning writer and creator of the acclaimed series 'The Wire' says nothing has changed in Baltimore since he began filming there a decade ago.

Speaking to Radio 5 live's Richard Bacon, Mr Simon, the former editor of the Baltimore Sun, added that the Governor of Baltimore would even go as far as to say that the show was an invalid representation of the city.
