The Dagenham women who made history

A new British film called Made in Dagenham is about to be released in cinemas. It follows real life events from 1968 when almost 200 women at Ford's Dagenham factory went on strike.

They wanted the same financial rewards as male skilled workers. Their walkout was instrumental in the Equal Pay Act being passed.

Lizo Mzimba went on set to speak to the cast about the film.
