Heyday for Indian newspapers


The rise of the internet combined with the economic downturn have had a drastic impact on newspaper sales in many countries.

Many titles have been forced to close because circulation figures have plummeted whilst others are looking for an online only future.

But in India newspaper circulation and readership is on the rise - and the value of the industry has doubled in the past five years.

Rajini Vaidyanathan reports on a trend that looks set to continue.
