China facing aid cutback threat


While China shows off its economic strength, Japan and other developed countries are considering cutting back on their financial aid to China.

Japan began providing help in 1979 with billions of dollars in loans, in the form of grants and technical assistance. But does China still need financial help from Japan and other developed economies?
