Sean Spicer challenged about White House media ban

The White House has barred several major media organisations including the BBC, CNN, the New York Times from attending an informal press briefing, with no reason given.

When asked why some were excluded, White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer said it was his decision to "expand the pool" of reporters.
