Russia must be held accountable, says Mike Pence

US Vice-President Mike Pence has told an international security conference in Munich that Russia must be held accountable for its actions in eastern Ukraine and the annexation of Crimea.

In his first speech abroad as President Trump's deputy, Mr Pence called on Russia to honour a peace accord agreed in 2015.
