Trudeau visit marks improvement in US-Canada relations

US President Barack Obama and Canada's new Prime Minister Justin Trudeau have lavished praise on each other during the first official visit by a Canadian leader in nearly 20 years.

Marking an improvement in relations between the two countries, Mr Trudeau toasted the "special connection" between the two countries at the official state dinner.
