US cruise ship passengers describe 'terrifying experience'

Passengers on board a cruise ship which got battered by a major Atlantic storm off the US east coast, have been speaking about their voyage on the high seas.

The Royal Caribbean's liner, Anthem of the Seas, docked in New Jersey on Wednesday night with more than 4,000 people who had paid for a seven-day cruise to the Bahamas.

Bill Baumgartner of Royal Caribbean Cruises apologised for the ''terrifying weather experience'' they had endured.
