Nanny spy comes to families' rescue
For parents, choosing the right childcare can be hard. There are so many different options.
Many families choose to employ a nanny but knowing that you have chosen the right person for the job is difficult.
That's where Limor Weinstein comes in. After moving to the US from Israel, she worked as a nanny for 10 years. Now she employs a nanny to look after her three children.
Ms Weinstein is a trained psychologist and eating disorder specialist and now she also works as a nanny spy, helping families and their nannies to make sure their children receive the best care.
She says that while there are horror stories out there, it often comes down to miscommunication and whether each side is a good fit for each other. By recognising issues early, Ms Weinstein says she can help tackle them before they become a problem.
The BBC went to meet her and find out more.
