Boston bomber sentencing: 'Justice has prevailed'

A federal jury in Massachusetts has sentenced to death one of the men who bombed the Boston marathon two years ago.

Dzokhar Tsarnaev will be executed by lethal injection should his lawyers fail in what is likely to be a lengthy appeals process.

Three people died and many more were injured when Tsarnaev and his brother carried out the attack.

Defence lawyers argued he was heavily influenced by his older brother who died in a shoot-out with police.
