Ferguson protests break out across the US

Protests against the decision not to charge the police officer who shot and killed Michael Brown in Ferguson have broken out across the US.

Many people took to the streets in cities across the country including New York, Washington DC, Dallas and Tucson.

Protesters in Chicago camped outside the office of the mayor, Rahm Emanuel.

Demonstrations were peaceful in many places but rioting broke out in Oakland, California.
