Indians in the US prepares for ‘rock star’ Modi

All week world leaders have descended on New York for the United Nations General Assembly, but few are getting the treatment that India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to receive.

On his first trip to America since taking office in May, he will have a full schedule, including a private dinner with President Barack Obama.

But before he heads to Washington DC, he'll make a speech to a sold-out crowd at Madison Square Garden on Sunday.

The BBC's Brajesh Upadhyay reports on the preparations for Mr Modi's arrival and how the local Indian community feels about India's new leader.
