John Kerry 'regret' over Indian diplomat row

The US Secretary of State has expressed his regret over the way an Indian diplomat was treated when she was arrested in New York.

John Kerry called the arrest and strip-search of Devyani Khobragade "unfortunate" and said he hoped it wouldn't harm relations between the two countries but the episode has incensed many in India.
