New York reels from second storm after Sandy

Residents in New York and New Jersey are facing more misery in the wake of superstorm Sandy.

A new storm has brought heavy rain, snow and strong winds, causing power failures and transport delays.

BBC weather presenter Ben Rich said it was unseasonably cold weather, as residents of Oyster Bay, New York, described their efforts to carry on.
