Sandy: Volunteers helps victims of superstorm

The pain of superstorm Sandy is still being felt in the eastern United States, with officials saying tens of thousands of people could soon need rehousing because of an expected cold spell.

But Michael Bloomberg, the mayor of New York city, says there could be a problem finding empty properties.
