Sandy: NY subway restarts but thousands still stranded

The number of people in the US killed during superstorm Sandy has risen to at least 90, and more than four million homes and businesses remain without power.

The National Guard has been drafted in to help some 20,000 people stranded by flood water in New Jersey - but in New York City, the first subway trains since Monday are back in service.

Steve Kingstone reports from New York.
