US election: Presidential campaign affected as storm hits

The final week of campaigning in the presidential election has been heavily affected by the weather and the rival camps are having to change tack and improvise.

The BBC's North America editor Mark Mardell is in Florida where Mr Obama had been due to address a rally on Monday.
