US snow storms: 'All hell has broken loose'

"All hell has broken loose" in some parts of the US that have been hit by an unseasonable snowstorm, according to a presenter on WABC Radio.

Noam Laden said that many people along the East Coast had been left without power and that it could be days before the situation was resolved.

States from Maryland to Massachusetts have been caught up in the wild weather, with some areas seeing more than 27in (68cm) of snow.
