Chinese president's US visit set to boost trade ties

It is said to be the most important relationship in world affairs today but China and the US are looking to boost their ties.

China's President Hu Jintao and US President Barack Obama have shared a private dinner at the White House at the start of the Chinese leader's four-day trip to the United States.

Steve Kingstone reports from Washington.
