Tracking Hurricane Earl's progress

The 2010 Atlantic hurricane season is now well under way after a relatively quite start.

As of Thursday morning there are three named storms in the Atlantic: Earl, Fiona and Gaston.

Earl is the biggest storm of the three, currently churning around 410 miles (660km) south of Cape Hatteras, North Carolina.

Susan Powell takes a look at the track of the current Atlantic storms.
